About Me
I am a certified Teacher in the state of Maryland, a certified Yoga Instructor, and a Mindfulness Practitioner. I started this journey in 2014 with my first yoga class. As a result of trying something new, I have experienced immense personal and professional growth. A combination of Yoga and Mindfulness has served to open my mind as well as quiet it at the same time. Along my journey, I have learned that my breath is my superpower!
I have dedicated myself to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through meditation and mindfulness practices in their personal and professional life. Every human being has a beautiful light waiting to shine, however, external stressors and anxiety can block us from unlocking our full potential. As a skilled Practitioner of Mindfulness, I can work with you to unleash the true vibrancy and joy that can be found with every breath.

Self-care counts regardless of age or industry. I have experience in writing a Mindfulness curriculum for secondary schools that focus on mindful movement, breathwork, self-compassion, empathy, resilience, and self-regulation. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and your staff to customize a curriculum that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
